We LOVE this faciltiy . . . they treat us like family at any time that we go there for our car repairs. Each time that we have had accidents, every staff member that wotks there have been so nice and so reassuring during times of "crisis" - from Enoch, the manager who is so kind and professional, to Dawn who is always answers the phone is if we were the most important people on the planet and gives reminders to make sure you get your things out of the car before you leave it at the shop for the body work, to John G. who has worked on our vehicles often and they ALWAYS look PEFECT when they are completes to Scott, the estimate writer checking to make sure we are happy with the service . . . as you can tell we are so pleased with Gerber and my car looked so detailed on the interior too - it was a "pleasure" to get it ... read more

Dawn was very helpful & friendly! The customer service at the crystal lake location is excellent. My calls were always returned promptly and questions/concerns were addressed in a timely manner. The employees I worked with the most were Scott and Dawn, they both went above and beyond. I will recommend to anyone in need of collision repair :) All their help was appreciated :) The body repair was excellent as we'll :)

The team here at Gerber Collision in Crystal Lake,IL were more than helpful with everything that I needed. Getting into a car accident at 6:10 AM was not on my Monday morning to do list, however, this team here went above and beyond and MORE THAN MET MY EXPECTATIONS. They took the hassle out of the entire experience. Even when I had to go back for a VERY MINOR thing, they made me a top priority. Dawn was exceptional with her customer service and they way she treated me was as if she'd known me for years. This is BY FAR the BEST Gerber I've ever dealt with and will drive out of my way to make sure anytime I need any sort of repair, this is my store to go to! WOW!!!

I had a wonderful experience and the Gerber in Crystal Lake. Everyone there was very helpful. They kept me updated on the repairs of my car all the time. I really enjoyed working with everyone there. I would definetely recommend Gerber to anyone!!!

I received my car within 5 days when the projected time was 10 days, the repairs were great, the car was cleaned inside and out, and smelling good. I was very much satisfied with the service I received at Gerber in Crystal Lake. I would refer them in a heart beat. The employees are very warm and friendly. I had a most wonderful experience with them.
