Getting a repair done after an accident is never convenient but Gerber made it as convenient as possible. Everyone was so friendly and made the process a little less painful. McKinley did a great job keeping me in the loop during my repair and made sure everything got completed on time. My car looks fantastic. All of my expectations were exceeded. Gerber in Downers Grove,IL was so welcoming after i had issues with the Gerber in Naperville(Ogden Ave). Rick K took great care of me and making sure the job was done right. He keep me updated with everything along the way and they had such great customer service there! At pick up Rick E. walked me out went over everything, my car looked great. It just shows how taking care of the customer is their priority. Rick K. even followed up after I picked up because he couldn't be there. I call that above and beyond! Car repair experience with this Gerber location is wonderful. The entire staff there works great. The Estimator Mc Kinney examined the damaged thoroughly and helped me understand the repairs required. Rick E and his staff took care of the car professionally with extra care for a paint on side mirror......Definitely recommend to friends

This Gerber location is amazing!! The entire staff there works as a Team from the receptionists to the Estimator Mc Kinney to ,The Production Manager Rick E. who is a gentleman, scholar, and pure genius! To the General Manager Rick K. who was was kind and generous with his time. I would gladly recommend this Gerber location to everyone I know. I was very fortunate to have them work on my 2014 Ford Taurus that had 9,000 dollars of damage . They are very thorough and detail oriented and explained everything in Laymans terms so I could understand what the damages were and how long it might take and they kept updating me all the Time. When I first picked up the car I wasn't happy. The newly painted bummer didn't match the rest of the car. Rick advised me to bring it back. I did and am so glad I did. My car looks beautiful again! He was able to adjust the hood and now you can't even tell. I am very pleased with Rick E, he went above and beyond and I am very grateful! Will recommend to family and friends, if I'm ever in need of body work I will return to Gerber! Great job!

Mckinley B. is the BEST. He expedited a seemingly small repair for me, which was installing a new driver-side mirror. I was struggling to drive safely on the highway, and he moved things around to fit me in the very next day. I was so grateful. On top of that, he remained in close contact with me by email throughout the process, and the work was flawless. A huge thanks to Mckinley and to Gerber!
