Rick E. the Production Manager, personally came out to my car and fixed my left front quarter for free by replacing the mounting bolt connecting it to the bumper. This was not even covered by their warranty since it was unrelated to the outstanding insurance repair Gerber performed on my car 5 years ago. This underscores how Gerber Collision and Glass truly cares for its customers even if there is no profit to be gained. Thanks again. I was involved in an accident in 2015 I recently started having my drivers for catch on my front fender. It caused paont chips on my door. I went into the shop and Rick E started to help me. He looked at my car then pulled up the work they performed on it back in 2015. Apparently my front fender wasn't damaged in the accident. Rick saw that I was upset and offered to realign my fender fender and to touch up the paint chips that i had in my door. Rick and the while team was nothing but helpful and professional. I will definitely be recommending gerber to everyone who needs auto work done. Rick has definetly made me a life long customer!

Had slight followup on some repair work that the Downers Grove office handled. Gerber said I could come in and they would handle it. Absolutely followed through. I stopped in, they evaluated and fixed the issue quickly and I was back on my way. Great experience.

What an amazing experience! The front desk all the way to service was a great experience. The text message communication was the best part. Not too many messages but the perfect amount to know what was going on with my car. The car looks brand new and they did a fantastic job making sure everything was perfect. Hopefully, I will never need their services again but when I ultimately do I will absolutely be going back.

We had a wonderful experience working with Mckinley at this location. Our car was repaired before the estimated time and returned to us in pristine condition. Mckinley was very thorough in his explanation of the repairs and the process of getting the job done. The girls at the front desk were also helpful and very welcoming.

Elise S. was so personable and really took good care to make sure I was not only communicated to throughout the process, but also that I was taken care of. Rick E. was the production manager for my car and he did a great job informing me of all that was worked on, answer my questions, and the car looks great! I was apprehensive when my Farmers insurance agent suggested going to Gerber, I wanted a mom and pop shop I could trust. My experience at Gerber was beyond my expectations even for a Mom and Pop. Gerber will be my auto shop of choice going forward, and i will recommend you to my friends and family.

I want to let you know how absolutely wonderful Teri was to my daughter and me when we found out her car had been totaled.
