The service I received from Gerber was outstanding. Teri (Teresa) and Wendy at the front desk were helpful and friendly. When I picked up my car, Teri completed all of the paperwork, knew what she was doing and handled it all well. Jason G. was my estimator. He was considerate, professional, thorough and when I left my car there for body work, he kept me apprised of the progress. He explained what was found beyond the surface appearance of the damage and what was done to repair it. The car was done in the time frame I was told it would be. Jason was there to go over the car with me when I picked it up and was eager to know if I was satisfied with the repairs. My experience with Gerber Collision in Downers Grove was a good one. We recently had a van with moderate front end damage. The estimated repair time was 2 weeks. It was done 3 days early and looked great !!! In the office, Wendy and Nancy are always very friendly, helpful, and professional and make this experience easy to get through. Let's face it, it's not really a good thing when I have to come see you but they make it a pleasure !!!
