Thank you - Thank you! I stopped by to the store in Evanston, IL with a metal kitchen chair(!) simply to ask if it were possible to repair the frame by welding it. Within minutes the manager (I think he was the manager) repaired the frame - and did so free of charge! What courteous and generous service! Thank you very much! Mitch

It's difficult to exceed expectations - but these folks so far exceeded my expectations that I can't really articulate how wonderful they are. They said it would take 13 days to fix my car (had been in an accident)… it took 6 days! When I got the car back it looked brand new - they'd even taken scratches out of other parts of the car that weren't part of the accident. they called every three days to give me an update - so three times total. I am absolutely hooked on them! I've even been to other Gerber Collision & Glass places that I loked and thought were just fine, but this is in a class all its own!

I have had trouble with my front bumper coming unattached on one side. I took my car to Gerber expecting to have to leave it and to pay more than I wanted to invest in an old car that I hope to replace soon. Within 15 minutes my bumper was reattached and I wasn't charged! The staff at Gerber from the mechanics to the person behind the desk are friendly and professional. I highly recommend them.

I came in for an estimate on a repair job. I was told to wait in the office while a technician inspected the car. To my great surprise, he came back about ten minutes later and had already fixed it even though the shop was crowded. Now that's what I call service!

The work done at this location is great! My Corolla's rear bumper was barely attached and once the team at Gerber in Evanston was done with it, it looked better than before my accident. The staff, especially Mr. Peter Sadalski, was friendly and attentive to my needs. The work was done in an extremely timely fashion, I was made aware of its status, and I couldn't be happier with the finishing product.

"I want to commend the quick and excellent service I received. I drive a `1984 Alfa Romeo Spyder convertible, and I noticed the rear rubber strip was loose. I pulled the remainder off carefully so it would not fly off and become damaged. I pulled into Gerber in Evanston just to get a quote for repair, and the manager (Peter) and one of his repairmen discussed it and asked me to take a seat and they would repair it by gluing it back on right then. 15 minutes later Peter said it was "good to go". I asked what I owed, and he said nothing really just thanks and recommendations to friends and family. This I will certainly do.especially for anything more serious. Good PR good community trust. Clean shop and pleasant personnel all around. Made my day."

My Auto-Repair Issue was handled most courteously & efficiently by Mr Peter Sadalski, and in a timely manner. I was even provided a few ounces of touch-up paint, in case I might need to deal with some minor nicks in the future. I have no qualms with this shop & would recommend them in the future.
