I had a very good expreriencewith my Mitsubishi Spyder Eclipse from December 17-21 -- needed extra time as the delivered bumper was not accepted by Gerber -- NO problem! The free Enterprise rental was an added plus! I will certainly recommend this location to others.

"Repair and customer service were outstanding. I loved the short emails received during the process telling me the status of the repair and how the "car was doing." It made it very personal and it made me feel that the vehicle was in good hands. Although quoted 2 weeks for the repair, it was done in a little over 1 week and they were trying to get it done sooner but had issues in finding parts. When I picked up the vehicle, the receptionist was extremely courteous and friendly. The estimator, Jim, made sure to come out to the car, walk me through the changes, answer my questions, etc. In today's world, where customer service seems to have taken a back seat (no pun intended), the Gerber team at the Naperville location has demonstrated that customer service is still Number 1 and they go out and prove it. "Just a quick follow up. I am having absolutely no problems with my Equinox and am very, very pleased so far! My son, from Indiana where we used to live, came to visit with us last week and commented on my nice car (first time he has seen it). I told him it was the one involved in the July accident that we told him about and looked pretty banged up when I left it behind in Illinois. He graduated from a tech school in Indianapolis years ago and degreed in body work, paint and finish. He never got into the business though but has done some on the side jobs for friends and is very picky about how he does a job! He looked it over closely and said "dad, looks like they did a really nice job!" If my son says something, he means it!!"

My car looks beautiful! The people at Gerber were terrific. They were so helpful and friendly I did not have to worry about a thing. So glad my Allstate agent sent me there. My car was damaged at chick fil A by a flying umbrella. The insurance check was sent to me by Sedgewick Ins. My car looks brand new thanks to great work and good service..

Hello Michael. Just a short note of appreciation to all at Gerber Collision and Glass for the great service in the repair and reconditioning of my damaged Chevy Equinox. I had a nice drive back to Nebraska, even had a first hand opportunity to see what rain looks like as I drove through Iowa! The car performed just fine with no problems evident during the trip and for the past week. Nice to have it back! Thanks again for the fine service and excellent customer treatment. If we meet again, let's hope it's a social encounter and it's not by accident!

My 2010 HHR was the innocent victim of a parking lot hit-and-run. Upon recommendation of my insurance company, I took it to Gerber on LaSalle Street in Naperville, IL.. The estimator, Jason, and Stacia, who was at the desk, could NOT have been nicer. A thorough estimate was done, and since I was going to get a complimentary Enterprise rental, decided to have the work done there. In only 5 days, they got everything fixed, and when I picked up my car, I wondered if they had painted the whole thing or just the front where it was damaged, it looked so good! They were very good about contacting me with progress reports and keeping me informed--very important, since this is the first time I've ever had to have this sort of work done!
