This is a Wow, Wow, Wow on my recent service. Due to a mix up, there was no record of my quote or work order when I arrived. June Heiderman immediately took charge to rectify the problem. She organized the staff to provide a quote and then expedited the repair. The work was competed in less than two days. Everyone extended themselves in this effort. You couldn't have a better face for the organization than June. She is always friendly and courteous. I'm a repeat customer due to the quality work, on time delivery and pleasure in dealing with June. I couldn't be happier and will be a loyal customer plus recommend this organization to anyone seeking my advice.

No one likes to be in an accident. I was most thankful no one was hurt in mine. What I didn't expect was how pleased and grateful I was for the service from Gerber! My car was repaired quickly and looks like nothing happened to it. On top of it, June (at the front desk) was helpful, professional, empathetic, cheerful, and friendly. I was able to drive the rental in to "trade" for my repaired car. When I walked in, she called me by name, and immediately radioed the shop for my car to be brought to the front door. While I hope to not need Gerber again for a collision, it's nice to know a place I can take it where it will be repaired quickly and well, and I can count on an exceptionally pleasant and positive experience overall!! Thank you!

I had to bring in a company car for some body work. The shop was very busy but I didn't have to wait very long. Everyone was professional, friendly and helpful. We picked up our car in a few days at a reasonable price.

We needed some body work for our company car. The entire process from estimate, to dropping the car off for the work to picking up the car was beyond our expectations. Very friendly staff both on the phone and in person. The work was completed so well that we can't even tell where is was originally damaged. I will definitely recommend Gerber and the Palatine office for any similar work.

Everyone at the shop was excellent. June was pleasant and explained everything, reassuring me that my vehicle was in good hands. I received text message updates on my car and the estimated completion date. I was surprised when the car was done early, and could not have been happier with the work that was done. When the car was returned not only had the body work been completed to look like new, but the interior of the car looked as if it had been detailed. I will never go anywhere else for my repairs. Last fall I brought my car in for body repair. The work was excellent! Today (3/16/15), I brought my car back to see if Gerber could fix a rusted bracket for my rear license plate. June recognized me from my previous visit. I showed her the issue I was having and she brought a body man (Dale) out to investigate. Within 15 minutes my problem was solved. THANK YOU!!!

They even washed the inside and out; What a surprise! I felt guilty as the car was filthy from the winter elements. Of course the bodywork looked great too!.
