Unfortunately this is the 2nd time in a year I've had to visit Gerber Collision for some body work on my mini-van. I was just as happy the second time around with the work and the customer service I received. June, at the front desk, should write a book about customer service because there is really no one who does it better. She greats you like a friend when you enter and makes sure you are kept informed and treated like royalty throughout. I am a working mom with 4 children and tons of carpooling to do so being without my mini van for two weeks was going to be devastating for me. June ensured that I was able to get a rental mini van while my car was being fixed - I am eternally grateful!!! I dreaded this experience. However, the folks at the Palatine IL location made my whole experience painless. You have a real gem in June, the lady who works the front desk. I have never seen such AMAZING customer service. I might go back in a few months just to say hello. Mark was also very nice and helpful and thorough. Thanks Gerber Palatine!

After being rear-ended, I found that there were so many places that I could have taken my car in for repair. I decided on Gerber because my neighbor had recommended it to me. The receptionist June, was very pleasant and friendly, the service was great, all the way around.

This is the second time of have used this Gerber location for body work. Both times work was done correctly and very timely. Estimate process was very smooth. June in the front office was great in keeping communication lines open. I definitely would recommend this location .

Gerber collision and glass in palatine did an exceptional autobody job on my daughter's car.. The car looked like new and they finished 5 days ahead of schedule . Kudos to June she is so nice and friendly and made the whole process seem so simple . I highly recommend anyone who's in need of body work to give the business to them you won't be disappointed.

My daughter was involved with a Farmer's insured 12/22/14. Since the Farmer's insured was at fault, I went through them for the repairs and was given some names of repair places near my home. I chose Gerber Collision in Palatine. The staff , Judy & Joe whom I had the most contact with, were first class!! They made the experience a one stop fix! I always knew the status of the work they were doing by texts, which was nice to see. I felt very welcomed when I spoke to them over the phone or in person. Thanks Palatine Gerber for a great customer service experience during not such a fun time.
